Easton Park Wiki & Knowledge Base

The Easton Park Wiki is an independently managed knowledge base for the Easton Park Master Planned community in South Eastern Austin, Texas. This website serves as a place for Eastonites to become empowered homeowners, intelligent consumers, and better neighbors by reducing the barriers of knowledge and increasing ease of access.

With the first homes built in 2016 in the Bryant Park subdivision, Easton Park offers a mix of single-family homes, detached condominium communities, townhomes, and multi-family apartments. The community is situated on approximately 2,200 acres of land and features various amenities and green spaces. Development and construction is expected to continue through 2035.

Easton Park aims to provide a balanced and vibrant lifestyle for its residents, with a wide range of recreational facilities, including parks, trails, and a 14,000-square-foot amenity center called The Union. The Union features a gym/fitness center, an event pavilion, a resort-style pool, and other amenities for residents to enjoy.

The community also emphasizes connectivity and sustainability. It has an extensive network of trails and pathways for walking, running, and biking, allowing residents to explore the natural surroundings and connect with their neighbors. Easton Park incorporates environmentally friendly practices, such as water conservation measures, green building techniques and requirements, and participates in the Dark Skies Initiative.

In addition to the residential offerings, Easton Park has plans for commercial and retail spaces, including shops and restaurants, to serve the community. The development aims to create a sense of community and foster a neighborhood atmosphere where residents can live, work, and play.
