Public Hearing for Affordable 300-Unit Multifamily Development
The apartment complex current named The Grove at Easton Park Apartments located at the southeaster corner of William Cannon and McKinney Falls Parkway will have a public hearing on November 18th, 2021 for “housing tax credits for a multi-family development that will be financed through the private activity bond program to be known as Easton Park Affordable Multifamily”[1]November 18, 2021 Austin City Council Regular Meeting Item 64.
The application has been submitted by Richman Easton Park Apartments, LLC which is a subsidiary of The Richman Group.
The materials submitted show a 300-unit apartment complex with various income level thresholds, allowing for a diverse set of occupants.
