Account Requirements and Verification

Registration is currently open to Easton Park homeowners and renters only.

Creating an account allows you to list your business, view the Business Directory, and access future Wiki features.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Must use a unique email address (one per person).
Verification is required by entering a code sent via postcard.
All accounts must be re-verified every 12 months.

🏡 Homeowners

General Homeowner Requirements

A postcard with a verification code will be mailed to your Easton Park property address.
Use the legal name(s) or entity listed on TCAD property records.

If You Rent Out Your Home (Non-Resident Homeowner):

There will be an option to add your TCAD-listed mailing address.
The postcard will be sent to this address, and the code must be entered to verify.

🏠 Renters

Must provide your current Easton Park address.
A postcard with a verification code will be mailed to that address.
Home and apartment renters may register.

Non-Easton Park homeowners or residents are currently not permitted to register an account. Our postcard verification processes make it difficult or impossible to verify an account without access to the mailbox in which the postcard is sent. Business owners or managers who do not reside or own a home in Easton Park, but have a business physically located in Easton Park may register an account and add their listing in the future.
