The Great Lawn Pavilion lies East/North East of The Union. Many of the community’s events are hosted at one or both of of these amenities.
The pavilion features benches, picnic tables, and couples swings.
The Great Lawn does flood during times of heavy precipitation, and is designed to flood in this manner.
Renting The Great Lawn Pavilion
The Great Lawn Pavilion is rentable with a required $100 deposit.
Additional fees are
- Monday – Thursday: $10 per hour (duration of 4-6 hours including set up and teardown)
- Friday – Sunday: $15 per hour (duration of 4-8 hours including set up and teardown)
- Cleaning Fee: $75.00 per hour (if necessary)
- Alcohol: $30
- Amplified Sound: $30
- Food Truck: $10
- Moonwalk, Inflatables, Rock Walls (NO miniature trains, water slides, or petting zoos): $10
