Easton Commons

Easton Commons is a proposed commercial lot at 7015-1/2 E. William Cannon Drive that will be developed on the Southwestern corner of the Mc Kinney Falls and William Cannon intersection.

On July 26, 2021, a Notice of Filing of Application for Administrative Approval of a Site Plan was mailed to property owners, residents with a City of Austin utility account, and registered environmental or neighborhood organizations within 500 feet of the improvement [1]Per Austin City Code, Section 25-1-133(D)). The notice regards Shared Access or Right-of-Way (ROW) and off-site utility improvements. The Grove at Easton Park Apartments will be built directly south of this commercial lot.

According the CLD Brochure, along with the contracted and pending leases for The Grove at Easton Park commercial property, the brochure also provides information about the lots that are proposed to be built.

Fast food location with drive-through about 1.9 acres.

Day care center of about 1.15 acres.
