In March 2022, a giant red bench appeared on the intersection of William Cannon and Colton Bluff/Lombard Ln. Two other giant red benches were installed on the corner of Final and 183, and Sassman Road and Thaxton.
In the April 2022 newsletter, CoHere described the Giant Red Bench as a new way for the community developers to signify upcoming development in Easton Park, and more benches are expected.
The Giant Red Benches denote that something will be built in that location, but it is unknown what.
These benches were removed for more direct communication and information on what to expect in those locations.
