Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC

Pipelines are monitored by air, foot, and electronic monitoring. Pipelines are regulated by Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) under the United States Department of Transportaiont (DOT).

According to the National Pipeline Mapping System Viewer[1]Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC Brochure – December 20th, 2021 there are both Hazardous Liquid Pipelines and Gas Transmission Pipelines that exist North & South and East & West, and meet near the intersection of State Highway 183 and Planeview Drive.

The North & South pipeline carry Hazardous Liquid in parallel with State Highway 183. The East & West pipelines carry both Hazardous Liquid and Gas in parallel to William Cannon Drive.

The same Mapping Viewer shows there have been no Gas Accidents or Liquid Incidents in Travis county between January 1st 2010 and March 16th, 2022.
