Wastewater Averaging Period
Between Mid-November and Mid-March, COA performs wastewater averaging. During this period where there is less use of irrigation and watering, it is easier to determine wastewater usage for each unit. This determine the wastewater usage cost that is charged each month for the next 12 months.
Reducing all usage for water can during this period will reduce the wastewater cost during this period.
