Easton Park Summary

Easton Park is a Master-planned community spanning over 2,300 acres with more than 14,000 residential units expected. Initial plans for the community were submitted in late 2012 with ground breaking at Bryant Park in 2016. With a 800 acre expansion announced in February 2021, Easton Park will be separated into a North and South section.

Brookfield Residential’s Carma Easton LLC subsidiary is the primary developer of Easton Park.
