Pilot Park is a subdivision along McKinney Falls/Thaxton Road. This subdivision will have only two entrances from McKinney Falls Dr., and will not connect to either KB Homes subdivision to the North, or any road connection to the rest of Easton Park. There will be park and trail connections between Pilot Park and Easton Park.

At the September 2023 Town Hall meeting, the Developers shared some conceptual renderings of Pilot Park’s Park including:
- Upper deck seating
- Padded play areas
- Public art
