Prospect Park is an Easton Park subdivision that will be located off of Ausblick on the east side of Apogee. Ausblick will be extended to the west of Apogee. It is expected to break ground in 2021. It considered Section 3B.1 and 3B.2. It is currently slated to be the largest subdivision in Easton Park once completed.
The once completed, it is expected for Phase 1 of Prospect Park to have 775 single family homes across 228.857 acres.
