Quad Park is a proposed subdivision in Easton Park at the corder of Apogee and Skytex. This section will also be referred to as Quad Park 3B-3a.
The plan proposes 63 lots on 26.67 acres. 61 lots will be residential lots, the remaining 2 lots will be greenbelt lots.
