- Skyline Park – $13 million park broke ground in early August 2022 with construction starting in September 2022. No ETA was provided.
- Permanent dog park – No known location
- IDEA School lot – Still unknown what will be built. Brookfield continues to attempt to repurchase the land.
- Union Park East – A sign will be installed at the entrances.
