Easton Park Wiki is a social enterprise providing a central knowledge base and resource for the Easton Park master planned community in Austin, TX.
This website is built and managed by Aaron Weiss, an Easton Park resident in Union Park West. After recognizing that residents in the Easton Park Homeowners Facebook Group tended to ask the same questions or provided excellent resources and knowledge, it made sense to condense much of this information in one place to increase ease of access.
Additionally, the Enumerate Engage App (formerly Nabr App), while providing an excellent resource for documents, information, news feeds, and engagement from the HOA Management Company directly, lacks some of the features and searchability that would benefit the community as whole, especially for new homeowners.
Purchasing a home and moving are among the most stressful moments in a person’s life. Getting all the details right in a timely manner to have a seamless move-in experience can make the process less stressful. Easton Park Wiki is a part of making that easier.
What is a Wiki?
Wikis according to Wikipedia:
A wiki (/ˈwɪki/ (listen) WIK-ee) is a hypertext publication collaboratively edited and managed by its own audience directly using a web browser. A typical wiki contains multiple pages for the subjects or scope of the project and could be either open to the public or limited to use within an organization for maintaining its internal knowledge base.
Wikis are never permanent nor perfect.
