At this time, the Easton Park Master Homeowners Association Board of Directors is made up of members of the Development Team, which is currently Brookfield Residential.
The board is responsible for:
- Approval of budgets & contracts
- Determines assessment rates
- Maintains common areas
- Enforcing the rules
- Establishes committees
- Initially serves as the architectural control board
The board seats will begin to transition to residents when the majority of homes are sold to owners. One 1/3 of the seats will be available once about 75% homes are built and occupied (about 8,000 homes).

Subdivision Delegates
