Cohere has dedicated Facilities Manager and Custodial Engineers who manage day-to-day maintenance of common areas that are not landscaping.
Community Landscape Maintenance
Starting in July 2021, Urban Dirt Landscape will begin to be the sole landscape maintenance company, providing service 5 days a week.
Fountains
The fountains at the ponds are owned and maintained by the MUD.
