Brief overview of homeowners’ responsibilities:
- Maintain automatic irrigation in good working order without excessive run-off
- Mow, replace, prune, and irrigate landscaping and trees
- Failure to do so, the Board (HOA) will do so and the charge will be passed to the Owner plus interest
