Flags
Guidelines for flags for Easton Park can be found in Section 2.09 of the Master Covenant.
Permitted Flags
- United States of America Flag.
- State of Texas flag.
- Official or replica flag of any branch of the United States Military
- 1 flag of a college or university
Although not defined in the Master Covenant, it has been mentioned in Nabr by DMB Community Life that the following flags are permitted during their seasonal celebrations:

- Pride Flag
Permitted Flagpoles
Flagpoles may be no longer than five feet (5′) in length affixed to the front of a residence near the principal entry or rear of the residence.
Only two (2) affixed flagpoles permitted. Flagpoles affixed to the home do not require approval by the Easton Park Reviewer.
Only one (1) freestanding flagpole is allowed, and does require approval by the Easton Park Reviewer. May not be more than twenty feet (20′) high.
Flag Displays
Flags on on any flagpole may not be more than three feet high by 5 feet wide (3’x5′)
The United States of America flag must be displayed in accordance with 4 U.S.C Section 5-10. The State of Texas flag must be displayed in accordance with Chapter 3100 of the Texas Government Code.
Signs
Guidelines for signs can be found in Section 2.08 of the Master Covenant.
Permitted Signs
Declarant – Signs erected by the Declarant (e.g. developers, home builders)
Security Signs – One small security sign per lot. Maximum face area of two square feet (2 sq. ft.). Located no more than five feet (5′) from the front elevation.
Permits – Per Applicable Law
Religions items on door – A religious item on the entry door or door frame is permitted as far as it does not extend beyond the door frame, and does not exceed twenty-five square inches (25 sq. in.).
Sale or rental signs – 1 temporary “For Sale” or “For Lease” sign per lot. Limited to maximum area of five square inches on each visible side. If free standing, is mounted on a single or frame post. High maximum is 4 feet. must be removed within two business days following the sale or lease.
Political signs – May not be added earlier than the 90th day before the date of the election, and removed no later than the 10th day after the election. Only one sign allowed for each candidate or ballot item. Any sign that include components or characteristics in Section 202.009(c) of Texas Property Code are prohibited.
No Soliciting Signs – A “no soliciting” sign near or on the front door to the principal residence is allowed. Must not exceed twenty-five square inches.
