- Parking on street is allowed for 30 minutes.
- Allowed within sight: Automobiles, motorcycles, motorized bikes, passenger tucks, small vans, and similar passenger vehicles.
- Requires HOA Board consent: Trailers, boats, recreational, vehicles, buses, large commercial trucks, industrial vehicles.
Generic Parking Guidelines
Article 2.12 of the HOA Master Covenant states that no vehicle may be permanently parked on any road or street within the Development Area unless in the event of an emergency. “Parked” is defined as a vehicle left unattended for more than 30 consecutive minutes. Parking in alleys is strictly prohibited.
Unslightly Vehicles
Article 2.04 of the HOA Master Covenant requires all, essentially, a vehicle that is not a compact, sedan, SUV, Pickup Truck, or Van to be stored in an enclosed structure or screened from view except for when in use.
Commercial vehicles or equipment, recreational vehicles, boats and other watercraft, trailers, stored vehicles, or in operable vehicles need to be stored in enclosed garages or behind a fence to not be visible from Ordinary Public View.
Vehicle Restrictions
Attachment 9, Amended and Restated Community Rules and Guidelines for the Master Covenant has Section H several guidelines:
H-1. Vehicles
Vehicles must be operable, display current license tag, and inspection stickers.
Vehicles include automobiles, motorcycles, motorized bikes, passenger trucks, small vans, and similar passenger vehicles. Without Board consent, the following are prohibited: trailers, boats, recreational, vehicles, buses, large commercial trucks, industrial vehicles. Motorcycles, motorbikes, etc., may only be operated to and from Residential Lot.
H-2. Repairs
Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance (including oil changes) of vehicles is prohibited in driveways, except for emergency repairs.
H-3. Obstructions
Vehicles shouldn’t obstruct the flow of traffic, constitute a nuisance, or create safety hazard.
H-4 Violations
A vehicle in violation of the rules may be stickered, wheel-locked, towed, or otherwise removed from the Residential Lot by the Board, at the expense of the vehicle’s owner.
